A lovely escape from the busy city life. Surrounded by peaceful mountains and stunning scenery, we enjoyed the impeccably clean rooms and beautiful gardens. The food was amazing, with freshly cooked meals every night that were a delight to the taste buds. The yoga and Pilates classes were relaxing and invigorating. The hot springs mud bath and pool excursion was a real treat.
None! Although a little hard to find the first time, the location was worth it for the tranquil surroundings and getaway from the busyness of everyday life. Would definitely recommend to those looking for a peaceful and rejuvenating experience.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, although their English was limited. The room was spacious and clean, and the hotel facilities were excellent. We especially loved the comfortable bed and the good WiFi connection. The location was perfect, as it was close to the main train station and within walking distance to Shinjuku. There were also plenty of shops and restaurants nearby, making it convenient for us to explore the area. we were very impressed with the cleanliness, hotel facilities, and the location close to shops and restaurants.
Nothing that we didn't like.
